Richard Elson

Richard Elson is a producer of independent and innovative documentary films in Montréal on a variey of subjects including environment, community and the arts. He teamed up with director and animator Joyce Borenstein to create The Colours of My Father: A Portrait of Sam Borenstein and returned to work with this writer, animator and director for the film Lida Moser Photographer: Odyssey in Black and White. As an active member of the independent film comunity in Montréal since 1980, Elson has served on a number of Boards of Directors for both national and Québec-based organizations.
