EXHIBITION & VOLUME DISCOUNTS

Please inquire for licenses for curated one-time events or term specific exhibitions, volume discounts for multiple single copies for educational use or licensed duplication for educational use.

 

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All DVDs sales are final.  Please check your playback requirements before ordering as refunds are not offered.  Moving Images Distribution guarantees that all DVDs will be free from defects at the time of delivery.  Defective DVDs will be replaced without charge within 30 days of date of shipment.

 

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges.  Taxes are applied to orders within Canada. (No taxes are applied to orders outside of Canada.)

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All our DVDs are packaged in standard Amaray cases.

Unless other arrangements are made, orders ship via Canada Post with tracking information provided upon shipment.  In most cases, DVD orders will ship within 72 business hours.

Prepaid shipping and handling charges are based on a variety of methods and levels of service through Canada Post. You can select the shipping method during the online checkout process and shipping charges will be added to your order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Prefer courier collect? Please contact our office directly to use your own courier for a collect shipment.

The creators of all works distributed by Moving Images Distribution hold copyright for their work. All buyers are to specify use required precisely at time of ordering and agree to comply with all copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. No materials purchased may be used outside the rights acquired at time of purchase or may be reproduced in whole or in part by any method now known or hereafter devised. No materials purchased without specific broadcast license and agreement may be broadcast, retransmitted or exhibited in whole or in part without a specific license agreement from Moving Images Distribution for such use.

DSL stands for Digital Site License  A DSL permits the buyer of the license to host the film on a private password-protected or closed system for the term of the license.  A DSL allows unlimited streaming for the term of the license.  Standard license terms are sold in 3 and 5 year increments for educational use. 

DVD w/PPR  PPR stands for Public Performance Rights.  A DVD with PPR license permits the buyer to use the film in non-theatrical venues for educational purposes, community screenings and other non-commercial purposes.  Standard educational DVD w/PPR purchases are in perpetuity for use by the institution, college, school, library, its staff and students.
